This page describes visits access policy for appointments that can be viewed on Acall Portal.
You can select from three types of permissions on Acall Reception.
Workers can complete the reception process of their visitors with protection for personal guests' information by responding without letting other departments or workers know.
The following are the steps how to set up visits access policy.
ATTENTION
・If you are using the multi-tenant function, this setting will be made in the multi-tenant setting.
Select visits access policy
Click [Settings] > [Company setting] in the side menu and find items in [For Appointment Display] section as below.
Select the appropriate access policy for your organization operation, and click [UPDATE].
Visits access policy | Meaning |
all |
Appointments created by all workers/All visitors information to workers will be displayed. |
only those users who belong to the same group (or its child groups) of login user |
Appointments created by your department and its child groups/Visitors information to departments and its child groups will be displayed. |
only those of login user |
Appointments created by you/Visitors information to you only will be displayed. |
ATTENTION
・The default setting is [all].
・The visits access policy is applicable to the worker who has administrative permission as well.
For example, you cannot view guests' information of other workers even if you are the administrator when the visits access policy is set to [only those of users who belong to the same group(or its child groups) of login user] or [only those of login user].
