You can also receive visitor notifications as voice notifications to landline/mobile phone that you prefer on the Acall Reception. Since the call is sent directly to your landline/mobile phone, you can receive visitor notifications more reliably than with email or other chat applications, allowing for a more diverse work style. The following are the steps to set up the incoming voice call function.
Contents in the voice notifications
The voice notification function automatically reads out the menu name and the name of the person in charge for the visit selected by the guest on the Acall Reception.
Please register the menu without the symbols since symbols such as parentheses are read out as "parentheses" as they are.
💡 NOTE
When you select the menu [【Entering】 Without an appointment] and call [Hanako Suzuki] who is the person in charge, the following message is read out.
"Open parentheses, Entering, Close parentheses, without an appointment, Hanako Suzuki".
Turning on the voice notification function
After logging in to the Portal, click [App settings] on the side menu > [Acall Reception].
In the "Additional Functions" section, turn on [Voice notification] and click [UPDATE] at the bottom of the screen.
Setting up workers' mobile phone number
Administrators should set a mobile phone number in the worker edit screen.
If you are the worker with general permission, you set your own mobile phone number in [Account settings].
ATTENTION
・The hyphen "-" is not necessary when registering a mobile phone number.
Confirming that the voice call are delivered to the specified number
Finally, make sure you receive an incoming voice call when you call on the Acall Reception and select the worker you entered the mobile phone number.
