If you have multiple affiliated companies in a single building, you need to work with multiple companies, and ACALL can streamline and optimize collaboration between multiple locations. The following explains how to set up multi-tenancy.
Multi-tenant administrators can operate the multi-tenant setting page. You can configure visitor information viewing policy, multi-tenant reception, and workspace collaboration.
NOTE
Only the multi-tenant administrator can operate the multi-tenant settings.
You will need to contact us in advance with the name of the worker who will be managing the multi-tenant.


Multi-tenant setting screen

After logging in to Portal, click [Multi-tenant] in the side menu to go to the setting screen.
Visitor Information Browsing Policy

You can control the viewing of visitor information for the companies you are collaborating with.
Select [All] to allow viewing of all visitor information, or [Only the person in charge] to allow viewing of only the person in charge, and click Save.
Reception App Settings

This page shows the receptionist app settings used by the multi-tenant receptionist.
If you want to add a device to the reception area, click .
Click to edit the device.

Meeting room settings
You can change the time until the reservation is cancelled or add a conference room to be linked to another tenant's account conference room. By setting the room to be available for shared use, it is possible to write from different external calendars at the same time, etc.
Setting the automatic cancellation time
You can set the automatic cancellation time for the ACALL MEETING application. The time set here will be reflected in the meeting rooms of all locations.

Meeting room and equipment management

You can create meeting rooms and equipment to be shared by multiple tenants. Each tenant can reserve meeting rooms and equipment that have been set to be shared.
