You can set a logo image, screensaver images, and various colors on the reception screen of Acall Reception. You can bring some branding effect by setting them with your company's product image or corporate color. The following are the steps how to set a logo image/screensaver images/colors.

Select a device

After logging in to Acall Portal, click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] and click [Edit] icon on a device that you want to edit.

 

Choose a logo image/screensaver images

Click the image field in the logo image section and select the file you want to set as the logo image.

 

Once you see the selected image file on the screen, click [UPDATE].

 

 

Set screensaver

Check the "use screensaver" check box and click the "+" button to select files for the image to be used as the screen saver.

Also, you can set the number of slides/slide change time (ms)/over color.

Click [UPDATE] to save the settings.

REFERENCE
・For multi-tenant devices, the screensaver can be set in the multi-tenant settings.
・The screensaver can be transparent or semi-transparent by changing the transparency of the color. 

 

Change display colors

You can change Acall Reception display colors in the colors section in the settings.

Key Color: ① Key Color　② Text Color On Key

 

Main button: ③ Text Color (CALL button text)　④ Background Color　⑤ Border Color

・When the action is set as "Group select" and the group is available to be called.

 

Sending button: ⑥ Text Color (call "XX" button text) ⑦ Background Color　⑧ Border Color

・When guest input function is ON / Built-in keyboard is OFF

The arrows change in visibility depending on the number of menus.

 

Review the updates on your iPad

Open Acall Reception on your iPad and check if the update are reflected.

The updated settings will be reflected in real time.
