Acall Reception can display maintenance screen outside of office hours.
Also, in case of emergency, the maintenance screen can be displayed to temporarily stop the reception of visitors.
This page describes how to set up the maintenance screen.
Set operating hours
Click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] in the side menu of Acall Reception.
Click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) of the device you want to edit.
In "Operating Hours", you can set the start and end time of the application.
Outside of the time period, Acall Reception displays maintenance screen.
If you want to change the operating time for each day of the week, check [Advanced mode] and set the start time and end time for each day of the week.
After setting the operation hours, click [UPDATE] to save.
Display temporary maintenance screen
Even during operating hours, the maintenance screen can be temporarily displayed in case of emergency.
In the edit device screen, check the "show" for the temporary view checkbox and click "Update".
Acall Reception screen will switch to the maintenance screen.
To return to the normal screen, uncheck the "show" checkbox and click "UPDATE".
Edit maintenance screen
By default, the following maintenance screen is displayed.
You can also edit the message displayed in the maintenance screen.
In the edit device screen, click [DEFAULT MESSAGE] under "maintenance" or "temporary View".
You can select and create messages to be displayed.
To create a message, please refer to "Customize Display Messages on Acall Reception Screen".
