Acall Reception allows you to set up detailed settings for visitor notifications. You can choose the method of visitor notification that best suits Acall users. The following are the steps how to set up notifications to the front desk, ON/OFF for email notifications, re-notification frequency, and re-notification interval.
Please refer to Send Visitor Notifications to the Front Desk how to set up a worker as a front desk.
Notifications to the front desk
Click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Select one of the three options in Visitor Notification Setting section and click [SAVE].
Select ON/OFF for email notifications
Select ON/OFF for email notifications.
Check/Uncheck "use" box and click [SAVE].
ATTENTION
・You cannot select ON or OFF for email notifications on per-user basis.
Set up re-send frequency
This section applies only to Pro and Unlimited plans.
For Basic plan, re-send frequency is fixed to "1 time" and re-send interval is "30 seconds”.
ATTENTION
・If you have "Response function"ON in the company settings, you cannot use re-send function.
You can set re-send frequency from 0 to 10 times.
Click [SAVE] at the bottom of the screen.
Set up re-notification interval
The re-notification interval can be set up to a maximum of 5 minutes by 30 seconds unit.
Click [SAVE] at the bottom of the screen.
