ACALL RECEPTION allows you to manage the entry/exit time of visitors on the management screen, saving you the trouble of managing handwritten entry passes. The following is the procedure for managing entry and exit times.
Automatically imprint entry times in response to visitor notifications
Hold up the two-dimensional code or enter the numeric code
When a visitor clicks the [Appointment] button on the iPad reception screen on the same day and holds up the QR code or enters the numeric code, a notification is sent directly to the person in charge.
Responding to a call from a notification
Clicking on the URL or button in the notification will switch to the action of "I am ready to answer," and the time clicked will be imprinted as the entry time.

Imprinting Entry Time in Portal
After logging in to Portal, move to the edit screen of the corresponding reservation from the side menu [Check-in Status].
On the Status tab of the edit screen, click the entry mark () to select a time and imprint the entry time.
The time can be input in one-minute increments.
Imprinting the leaving of the building time in Portal
After logging in to Portal, move to the edit screen of the corresponding reservation from the side menu [Check-in Status].
On the Status tab of the edit screen, click the entry mark () to select a time and imprint the exit time.
The time can be imprinted in one-minute increments.
Visitors can exit the building using their entrance pass
Although it is possible to perform the exit processing manually from Portal, the series of flow from entry to meeting to exit can be performed smoothly by using the entrance pass.
