ACALL RECEPTION can be connected to an extension phone device so that customers can contact you via the extension phone device when they visit your office. There is some preparation work to be done for the extension phone equipment before the connection can be made. The following is the setup procedure for connecting extension phone devices.

NOTE
- A separate procedure is required for extension linking. Also, the extension phone equipment specified by us is required.
- The ACALL mobile smartphone application will not receive notifications of visits when the extension phone is connected.

Set an extension phone number to a worker

The administrator should set the extension phone number on the worker's edit screen.

If you want to set up a batch of worker information using CSV, please import the worker's CSV file.

If you are an ordinary worker, you can set up your own phone number in [Account Settings].

Setting up an extension phone device from a terminal

Tap the [ACALL RECEPTION] key mark, enter the settings screen and press the [Extension Phone Settings] button

The password after tapping the key mark will be the administrator's key for setting the device configuration key from the settings/company settings of the administrator screen.

Press the [Start Scan] button to pair the phone with the extension device.

When the message "Scan Complete" is displayed, press the scan code part.

You are now connected to your extension phone device.

How to use the extension phone

Here is how to use the extension phone after connecting

Press the [No Appointment] button on the iPad screen.

Select the person in charge.

After selecting, press the [Next] button.

The screen to call the person in charge will appear.

Press the [Call] button and they can pick up the phone.

Calling from an extension phone device

When you pick up the phone, you will be connected to the extension phone at the office.

When the office picks up the extension phone, the call will start.

NOTE
- The call screen does not end even if the office handset is turned off. The call will end when the receptionist's handset is turned off.
