You can contact your customers with the cloud extension phone when they visit your office by connecting the cloud extension phone through Acall and AGEphone.
You need a preparation of the AGEphone and a cloud extension phone to connect. The following are the steps how to connect the cloud extension phone devices.
ATTENTION
・Cloud extension connect requires an additional procedure. Please contact us if you would like to use the cloud extension connect.
・Acall currently supports "BIZTEL", "SmartCloud®Phone", "Dialpad", and "VoiceConnect".
・AGEphone is free of charge.
・You will not receive visitor notifications on Acall Mobile which is smartphone application if you use cloud extension connect.
Install cloud extension phone application
Please install "AGEphone Cloud" app.

Setting a cloud extension phone
Once you have installed AGEphone Cloud, please enter the following information.
- Tenant ID
- Login ID
- Password
You are now ready to install AGEphone Cloud.
Setting extension numbers for workers
The administrator should set the extension number on the worker's edit screen.
If you want to set workers information in a batch with a CSV file, please import a CSV file of workers.
If workers have only general permission, they can set it in [Account Settings].
Call on a cloud extension phone
When you make a call on Acall Reception, the [Make a call] button will be displayed.
AGEPhone application will be launched by clicking the button
You can make a call on the AGEPhone app.
