You can display messages for each worker when a visitor selects them for a call on the Acall Reception. This can be helpful for facilitating communication between visitors and the worker.
Premises
Worker messages can be displayed only when the "Action" of Acall Reception is one of the following
- Filtered in name
- Staff Select
- Staff Search
Set up worker message title
Worker message title is set on a per-company basis.
Click [ App Settings ] > [ Acall Reception ] in Acall Portal side menu with administrator permission.
Enter a title in the [Worker’s message title] field in "For device display" section. (e.g. self-introduction, greeting, etc.).
Click [SAVE] to complete.
Note
If the worker message title is left blank, it will be displayed as "Message" by default.
Enter worker message
Set worker messages for each worker. This setting can be done by the administrator or by the worker themselves.
If you are the administrator, click on [ Organization ] > [ Workers ] and click [ Edit ] for the worker you want to set up worker message.
If you are a general user, go to "My Page" and click "Edit".
Enter a message in the [Worker message] field, and click [UPDATE] to complete.
Note
If worker message is left blank, neither worker message title nor worker message will be displayed.

This is an image of Acall Reception when "Action" is set to "Staff Select".
Select a worker.
Worker message title and worker message are displayed.
