This page explains how to use the My Page in WorkstyleOS Portal.
What is My Page?
My Page is the management page for each worker account on WorkstyleOS Portal.

You can mainly do the following;
- Check / edit your account information
- Check / edit your schedule
- Check notifications and admission card history
Access to My Page
After logging in to WorkstyleOS Portal, click My Page on the side menu.
Or, click the Account icon in the upper right corner of the screen > My Page.
Check your account information
Your account's "Name" and "E-mail address" will be displayed.
Edit your account info
Click [Edit (pencil mark)] to open the account editing window.

Change the "icon image." Recommended size: 144px X 144px or larger The image will also be reflected in ACALL RECEPTION and ACALL mobile. |

NOTE
The items marked with * will appear when the option is on.
Administrators can add and edit workers from the menu [ Organization ] > [ Workers ].
Registering / Editing / Deleting Workers
Check appointments
In the "My future schedule" section, you can see a list of your appointments for today and later.
You can update the information by clicking on the three dots.
The following information is displayed (in order from the top).
・Scheduled date and time
・Time to the start of the appointment / Time since the start of the appointment
・Title of the appointment
・The name of the scheduled meeting room / equipment
・Guest name
※About the icons on the right
The person icon indicates an "internal appointment."
The admission card iconindicates "visitor appointment."
Edit an appointment
Click [Edit ] for the appointment you want to edit.
NOTE
Follow the instructions in "Edit appointments (internal/external)"
in the article, "What You Can Do on the Guest Check-in Screen."
Check notifications
You can check the notification such as below;
- 5 minutes before the meeting starts
- The Meeting was Canceled Automatically.
- Visitor Notification
- 【Reminder】Visitor Notification
- Exit Process reminder
- Authentication notification(Face Auth)
- Gate Opening
- Gate Opening Failure
- Gate Opening with QR code
- ACALL RECEPTION Connection
- ACALL RECEPTION Connection Error
- ACALL GATE Connection
- ACALL GATE Connection Error
- Event Invitation
