This page describes how to use the admission card lending function of Acall Portal.

 

What is lending function for admission card?

You can check the lending history by entering a admission card number when you lend or return the card.

If you want to use the admission card lending function, it is necessary to set it up by Acall's end.

Registering for lending of admission cards

💡 NOTE
The admission card lending function in Acall Portal does not have an admission card master function.
No pre-registration of admission cards is required to register for lending.
Please enter the desired card number each time you register to lending a card.

 

The card can be registered for guests who have scheduled appointments to visit.

Please make an appointment in advance.

Click [Guest Check-in] in the side menu of the Acall.

Click [Admission card loan] icon in the row of the appointment for which you want to register.

 

The guest's name and the card number of admission card will be displayed.

Enter the card number or read it with the IC card reader and click [LENDING].

 

"Registration Complete" will be displayed. This is the end for lending.

💡 NOTE
When registering additional guests for lending, please register all guests registered in the guest reservation (appointment). 
Open [Admission card loan] again to register additional guests for lending.

 

Return the admission card

⚠️ ATTENTION
For multi-tenant users, the registration for lending and returning must be registered by workers of the same company.
Workers from different companies can not register for return.

Click the admission card icon in the top of Acall Portal.

 

The lending screen history for admission card will be displayed.

Click on [RETURNING THE ADMISSION CARD].

 

Enter the card number of the admission card you want to return and click [RETURN].

⚠️ ATTENTION
Even if you enter an incorrect card number, there is no error at this point. 
The card number will be checked when you click [RETURN] in the next step.

 

Click [RETURN].

 

"Success" will be displayed in the lower right corner.

The status of the returned admission card will be changed to "Returned" and the date and time of return or loss will be recorded.
This completes the return registration.

⚠️ Note
If you enter a card number that is not currently lending, an error message will be displayed. 
Please re-enter the correct card number to register for the return.

 

Registering for a lost of an admission card

Click [Guest Check-In] in the Acall Portal side menu.

Click the [Admission card loan] icon in the row of the appointment for which you want to register for a lost of admission card.

 

The guest's name and the number of the admission card currently for lending will be displayed.

Click the [Lost Admission Card] icon next to the card number you want to register for a lost.

 

A confirmation message will be displayed.

Confirm that the card number you want to register for a lost is correct, and click [SEND].

 

"Success" will be displayed.

This is the end for completing the registration of the lost.

 

Checking the lending history of admission card

Click the admission card icon in the top of Acall Portal.

 

You can check the lending history of your admission card by the date for lending.

 

Item	Description
①	Filter the lending history by date.
②	Filter by lending status (currently lent/returned/lost). 　※If multiple items are selected, an OR search will be done.
③	Reload the screen to display the latest data.
④	Register for the return of the admission card.
⑤	The lending history based on the filtering result will be listed.
⑥	Specify the maximum number of items to be displayed on one page.
⑦	The number of items in the lending history is displayed. If there is more data than the maximum number of items displayed on one page, you can move to the next page.

 

Items displayed in the lending history of admission card

Item	Description
Borrowing Time※	The date and time when the admission card was registered for lending will be displayed.
Borrowing Situation※	The status of the admission card (lent/return/lost) will be displayed.
Return/Lost Date※	The date and time when the admission card was registered for return or lost will be displayed.
Card No.※	the card number of the entrance card that was registered for lending be displayed.
Appointment Name※	The title of the guests(appointment) will be displayed Click the appointment name and you can check the date, time, and name of the person in charge.
Guests※	The name of the guests who were registered for lending an entrance card will be displayed. In the case of lending registration of additional guests, the name will be displayed in a blank space.
Register for a Lost	You can register for the lost of admission card.
