Worker: General users

 

This page explains how to check the reservation status of a spot for workers.

This function allows you to search for workers and check their reservation status of a spot.

You can also "follow" a worker as your favorites and always find "when and where" the workers who are in a same team or work closely with will work. 

You can find the status of your team, choose a more effective place and time to work, and activate communication.

PREREQUISITE
・Workers must be registered on the WorkstyleOS.

・Spot settings must be completed on the WorkstyleOS.

ATTENTION
・Reservation for workspace is not reflected.

 

Search for workers and view their spot reservation status

After logging in to WorkstyleOS Portal, click on [Checkin] on the side menu.

If you scroll to the bottom of the on the checkin screen page, you will see "Worker's spot reservation status".

NOTE
・The image above doesn't show any reservation status. 
However, the reservation status of workers in the same group will be displayed 
if you are not following anyone and you are a member of a group.
　The reservation status of a worker who belongs only to a subordinate group will not be displayed.

 

Search for the workers and find their reservation status of a spot.

NOTE
Workers can be searched by the following items
・Workers name
・Email address
・Group name
・Search key

ATTENTION
・"and searching" is not available with multiple items.
　Example: "00 (workers name) and △△ (group name)."
・Search with blank is not available.

 

From the search results, check the workers that you want to view their reservation status.

NOTE
・With different search words, you can find workers and add them.

 

It will display the workers' spot reservation status that you checked.

 

Click [ < ] or [ > ] on the displayed calendar on your screen, you can switch the view on a weekly basis.

NOTE
・Workers who have checked-in one of spots will have the name of the spot in the "NOW" section.
・Workers who do not currently check in will have their icons and names displayed in gray on the screen.
・The colors of the spots are unified in the first level ("Tokyo Office" and "Kobe Office").
　If you set up the main color of the company, the color will change according to the setting.
・If there are multiple appointments in a day, the number of appointments is displayed on the upper right corner of the spot name.

On the spot reservation status list, the time of the reservation and the name of spots which is below the second level are not displayed. However, you can easily view the spot reservation status by hover the cursor over a spot name.

NOTE
・The format display is below {Start time} - {End time} 
  {Level 1 level spot name}/{Level 2 level spot name}/....

 

Furthermore, you can view a reservation status of spots for the day on the floor map by clicking on the spot name.

NOTE
・Please refer to the [Viewing the Check-in Status of Workers] for a description of the floor map screen.

 

Check a reservation status by spot layer

Change the levels of the spot to be displayed in "Display spot hierarchy" with the workers who you want to check their status.

（Example）The First Level: Do you work remotely or in an office?

（Example）The Second Level: What floor do you work on?

（Example）The Third Level: Which room do you work at?

NOTE
・You could select [Display spot hierarchy] up to the maximum level of your reservation.
  The image shows a maximum of 3 level. You can select up to 6 level if your organization have a reservation spot in 6 level.

 

Follow workers to display always their reservation status.

You can pin the worker at the top of the spot reservation status by following a worker.

You can check spot reservation status of the workers who you closely work together or in the same team without a search.

 

Click the [ ☆ ] on the right of the worker you displayed.

 

The selected worker moves to the top on the screen and the their reservation status is always displayed.

NOTE
・Followings are done by worker-units. You cannot follow workers by groups 
・Workers followings are shared with ACALL WORK.

 

To unfollow a worker, click the [ ☆ ] on the right of the worker you followed.

 

The following will be removed and no longer be displayed on the screen.

NOTE
・If you want to view the reservation status of workers you have unfollowed,  please search for them again in the "Worker Search" section and display their reservation status again.
