Spot checkin function of the Acall visualizes that [who is working where].
This page explains how to check the check-in status of spots on checkin screen of Acall Portal.
Check-in status of each spot
You can check the check-in status of each spot in the checkin screen of Acall Portal.

Check-in status of a spot. By default, the spots on the first level are displayed. |
⑤ | Display of child spots | The check-in status of child spots is displayed. |
⑥ | List of checked-in workers |
The workers who checked-in to a spot are listed. Workers who have checked-in to the spots lower in the hierarchy will also be displayed. |

Pin a spot to display it at the top on the screen. |
Spot distribution rate and occupancy rate
Spot distribution rate
It will be displayed a percentage of workers who checked-in to each spot out of all workers.
The figure below shows that 25 out of all 53 workers (25 / 53 = 47.1 %) are currently checked-in Tokyo Office.
By clicking on child spots, you can see the distribution of workers in detail.
In the figure below, the check-in status of each spot is shown by clicking on the child spot "2F" in "Kobe Office" and on the child spot "Meeting Room B(4)" in "2F".
Spot occupancy rate
It is a percentage of workers who checked-in relative to the capacity for simultaneous use of a spot.
The figure below shows that 56 workers (56 / 80 = 70%) have checked-in "3F" in Kobe Office that has 80 capacity for the simultaneous use.
When the occupancy rate exceeds 50 %, the color of the graph and the background will change from blue to green, yellow, and red, depending on how high the occupancy rate is.
💡 NOTE
To display the occupancy rate of a spot correctly,
the administrator needs to set the capacity for simultaneous use of each spot by referring to the following articles.

The occupancy rate will not be displayed for spots where the capacity for simultaneous use set to 0 (unlimited). It will show only the number of people checking in.
Check-in status on a floor map
It will show a floor map icon at the spot where the floor map is registered.
Click on the floor map icon to open the floor map.
On the floor map, you can see the current check-in status.
You can also click on the spot to reserve it.
Check-in status of workers
You can check the check-in status from the list of checked-in workers.
Click on the worker's icon.
A pop-up window will appear to show the worker's check-in status.
You can check the worker's reservation status or reserve a spot from the floor map.

Pin a spot
You can pin a spot to display it at the top of the screen.
Pinning is available for each individual.
Workers can pin their spots frequently used by themselves to the top for easy access.
You can pin spots in the second layer and below.
The spot "3F" in Kobe Office are pinned in the figure below.
💡 NOTE
If you pin multiple spots, the spot you pinned firstly will be displayed.
