Acall visualizes "who" is working "where".
This page explains how to find the check-in status of a worker using the Acall Portal's search function for workers who currently checked in.
NOTE
・To find the check-in status of workers, you need to use the spot function.
Please refer to [Register and Edit Spots]to set up a spot.
On this page, we will search for "Onnophris Brân" and his check-in status as an example.
After that, you can reserve a seat near Onnophris Brân.
Search for workers
At the top of the screen on every page of Acall Portal, you will see a search box, "Find Check-in Workers".
Search for a worker by entering one of the followings
- Worker's name (no spaces)
- Worker's email address
- The name of the group to which the worker belongs
- Worker's search key
NOTE
- You can search by broad match.
- You cannot search across items (AND search).
- You cannot include a space in the search.
- If you are a multi-tenant user,
- You can only search for workers in your company.
- You cannot search for workers from other companies, even under multi-tenant user.
Check the check-in status of the worker you searched
The spot where the worker has currently checked in will display under the worker's name as shown in the picture below.

Workers who have not currently checked in to a spot will be displayed in light gray.
Click on the map icon on the right of the spot name to display a pop-up window of the worker's check-in status.

The currently checked-in spot and reservation time are in blue. The spots reserved for today and the reservation times are in gray. |
② | List of workers who have checked in a spot |
It will display a list of workers who have currently checked in the spot. *Two workers have checked in the floor map above, but only one has checked in to seat A-01, so the worker only is shown in the list. *If a spot has child spots in a hierarchical structure, the workers who have checked in to the child spots are also displayed in the list. |
③ | Spot name | The spot name will be displayed. |
④ | Floor map |
The floor map will be displayed. *The floor map without any spots registration will not be displayed. |
If the spot does not have the floor map registered, the following screen will be displayed.
When you click on a reserved spot, ③the spot name and ④the floor map will display information about the reservation time slot of the selected spot.
Reserve a spot near the worker you searched
You can reserve a spot from the floor map displayed on the worker's check-in status pop-up screen.
NOTE
If the floor is not registered, it will not display the floor map,
and you will not be able to reserve a spot from the pop-up screen.
In the figure below, "Onnophris Brân" has reserved the "Meeting Room A" from 17:00 to 18:00.
On this page, as an example, we will reserve the seat spot "A-02" next to "A-01".
Click on "Meeting Room A | 17:00 - 18:00" from the reservations list made of Onnophris Brân. Then, click on the seating spot "A-02" on the floor map.
The spot reservation screen will be displayed.
Confirm or change the reservation details, and then click [MAKE A RESERVATION].
When your reservation is complete, you will see your icon on the floor map.
