Acall's Worker Search function allows you to see where people are working.
In addition, workers can integrate their Microsoft Accounts to Acall so that they can view each other's Outlook Calendar for the day in Acall.
This page describes the conditions and settings for worker calendar sharing.
Conditions for calendar sharing
In order to use the function, the following must be met.
- You must be using Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- Both the person viewing the appointment and the person being viewed must have a Microsoft365 account and mailbox on a single Microsoft 365 tenant and use Outlook Calendar.
Set up calendar sharing

Activate worker's calendar sharing function
Click [Integrations] > [Worker Information] in the Acall Portal side menu.
Select from options from "Semi-required (Recommended)" or "Optional" for [Plan/Status Sharing] and click [Save].

Enables sharing Outlook Calendars. Allows each worker to set up their own integration with Microsoft Account.
When a worker who has not set up integration accesses Acall Portal, a popup will appear each time to prompt them to set up the integration.

If the setting was succeed, the message "Saved Microsoft 365 Status" will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
Once enabled, each worker will be able to set up the integration with Microsoft Account.
Open "My Page" from the icon in the upper right corner of the Acall Portal and confirm that "External Account Linkage Microsoft Account" is displayed.
