see [View Spot Check-in Status].
Set up a hierarchical structure for spots
Configure settings to check the rate for coming into office
For example, in the image below, you can check the rate for coming into office of the the entire organization by adding up the distribution rate of the "Kobe Office" and the "Tokyo Office".
When we create a spot called "Office" as the higher layer for "Kobe Office" and "Tokyo Office", we you can check the rate for coming into office of the entire organization at a glance.
Please set the hierarchical structure of the spots after considering the maximum units to check the distribution rate and the occupancy rate.
💡 NOTE
You can change the hierarchical structure of the spots after you create and start using them.
Please refer to [List screen of spots].
Set the number of people who can use a spot at the same time
In order to display the occupancy rate correctly, you need to set the number of people who can use the spot at the same time.
Configure settings to display the occupancy rate correctly
This article explains the basic setting to display the occupancy rate, with the spot "Tokyo Office" as an example below.
We created the "Tokyo Office" as a spot with the following four layers.
First, set the spot capacity for simultaneous uses for each spot.
In the "Tokyo Office", a meeting room has a capacity of 4 people, and each seat has a capacity of 1 person (as shown in red below).
For a spot where workers can not be checked in, set the sum of the number of people who can use the spot at the same time.
Since there are four seats in the Office Area, set the capacity to 4.
Since there is a meeting room and office room with a maximum capacity of 4 on the 2F, set the capacity to 8.
Set the capacity to 8 as well since Tokyo Office has only one floor.
This is the settings for the number of people who can use a spot at the same time to be able to check the occupancy rate.
Configure settings to visualize "density"
You can visualize "density" and a reminder to avoid it by setting the number of people who can use an office or floor at the same time not as the total number of child spots, but rather as a small number of people.
There is one meeting room with a maximum and one office with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The floor as a whole has a capacity of 8 people. However, in the figure below, we set the number of people who can use the entire floor at the same time to 5 people.
💡 NOTE
You can not limit the number of child spots reservation and check-in operation based on The number of simultaneous users set for an office or floor.
This setting is for displaying the occupancy rate on the check-in screen.
The availability of reservation and check-in is based on the number of simultaneous users of the spot for checking-in.
Set up a spot with no limit for the capacity, such as for remote work.
Set the number of simultaneous users to "0" when you use a spot with no limit of the user capacity, such as for remote work.
In spots where the number of simultaneous users is set to 0 (unlimited), the occupancy rate will not be displayed, only the number of people who are checked in will be displayed.
