In order to sync appointments between Google Calendar and Acall, Google Workspace account must be set up for Acall workers.

⚠️ All Acall workers who are booking meeting rooms/making appointments must be linked to Google Workspace user.
Set up Google Workspace user by Administrator
Administrators can set up Google Workspace user for all workers in the organization.
There are two ways to set up workers: one worker at a time or multiple workers at once.
This page explains how to set up one worker at a time.
For information on how to set up multiple workers at once, please refer to "Registering Multiple Workers in a Batch".
Click [Organizations] > [Workers] on Acall side menu.
Click edit icon for the worker you want to set up a Google Workspace user.
Enter Google Workspace account in "Google Workspace account," and click [UPDATE].
Once you see the Google calendar icon, setting up Google Workspace user is complete.
💡 If you want to disconnect Google calendar, leave "Google Workspace account" blank and click [UPDATE].
If an "X" is displayed under Google Calendar icon after linking, there is an error in the linking process with the Google account.

Set up Google Workspace user by general user
General users can set up their own Google Workspace users on "My Page".
Click on the top right icon > My Page.
Click edit icon.
Enter your own Google Workspace account in [Google Workspace account] and click [UPDATE].
Setup for workers is complete.
Move to setup for workspaces.
