This page describes how to integrate between Acall and Google Calendar
Application to Acall is required
To use calendar linking feature, optional settings is needed on Acall side.
If you did not plan to use calendar linking when Acall was introduced, please contact us via Inquiry Form.
Preparer Google Workspace user for calendar linking
Please make sure to prepare one Google Workspace user who meets the following requirements for calendar linking between Acall and Google Calendar.
- (Required) Super Admin for Google Workspace
- (Required) Gmail/Google calendar user
- (Recommended) Dedicated to calendar linking (*1)
💡 NOTE （※１）
If the user is deactivated/de-authorized/deleted on Google Workspace while linking Acall, linkage with Acall will stop.
We recommend you to prepare a dedicated user for calendar linking, not an individual user associated with a specific employee.
If a user is deactivated/deleted or deprived for administrator permission on Google Workspace after the service, the integration with Acall will stop.
For this reason, we recommend that you prepare a dedicated user for calendar integration, rather than an individual user for a specific employee.
