Preparer Google Workspace user for calendar linking
Please make sure to prepare one Google Workspace user who meets the following requirements for calendar linking between Acall and Google Calendar.

- (Required) Gmail/Google calendar user
- (Recommended) Dedicated to calendar linking (*1)
💡 NOTE (※1)
If the user is deactivated/de-authorized/deleted on Google Workspace while linking Acall, linkage with Acall will stop.
We recommend you to prepare a dedicated user for calendar linking, not an individual user associated with a specific employee.
💡 NOTE(※1)
If a user is deactivated/deleted or deprived for administrator permission on Google Workspace after the service, the integration with Acall will stop.
For this reason, we recommend that you prepare a dedicated user for calendar integration, rather than an individual user for a specific employee.
