General information (same for all examples)
- Tokyo Head Office: 3 floors, has a floor map for each floor.
- Kyushu Office: 1 floor, has a floor map.
Preparation (same for all examples)
In order to set permission by department or position, it is necessary to create groups such as "Sales Department" or "Manager" in advance.
Please refer to [Register / Edit / Delete Groups (Department)] for information on how to create them.
Example① (Separate departments for each floor)
The following is an example of how to set up a group of employees (departments) on different floors, such as Development Department on the 2nd floor and Sales Department on the 3rd floor.
The spots for the department to which the user belongs will be available for reservation, while other spots will be available for only viewing after setting.

Set the permission of the spot to allow Development Department to make reservations on the 2nd floor.

Example② (Separate departments on the same floor)
The following example shows how to set up having multiple departments on the same floor and use each area separately as an example, the first floor (General Affairs Department/Shared Space).
Within the same floor, the area is divided into two areas, one where only workers belonging to the General Affairs Department can make reservations and the other where all employees can make reservations (Shared Space).

💡 NOTE
To divide the area, room spots are created for General Affairs Department and Shared Space on the floor. (Red framed area in the image above)
Place spots (seats) in the room spots for each area.

Example③ (Executive seats)
The following is an example of how to set up a seat for executives (managers), 3rd floor (Sales Department) as an example.
After setting up, managers can use dedicated spots on the floor that is available for sales department employees.
Only workers belonging to the General Affairs Department can manage reservations (view and edit reservations) while workers other than managers cannot view the spots for managers.

Example④ (Separate users for each office)
The following example explains how to set up to separate users for each office.
After setting, workers in the Kyushu office can make reservations for spots in Kyushu office, while workers in Tokyo head office can only view the spots.
