You can receive visitor notifications in LINE WORKS from Acall Reception by linking Acall with LINE WORKS.
This page explains the steps how to integrate LINE WORKS.

Integrate LINE WORKS with Acall
Issue tokens etc. in LINE WORKS
⚠︎ ATTENTION
Please work on this process with the administrator account of LINE WORKS.
Access Developer Console in LINE WORKS with the administrator account.
Click [API] on the left side of the screen and click [Issue] under "API ID".
An "API ID" will be issued.
Click [Issue] in the "Server API Consumer key" section.
⚠︎ ATTENTION
Two "Server API Consumer keys" are displayed on the screen as shown below, but you use the one in the second section.
Select "All Talk Bots" in the "Server API Scope of Use" section and click [Next].
Select [365 days] for the Token validity period, select [Yes] for Token automatic extension, and click [Save].
A "Server API Consumer key" will be issued.
After the "API ID" and "Server API Consumer key" are issued, click [Add] in the "Server List (fixed IP type)" section.
After entering the following information, click [Issue].

A Token (string) will be issued in the "Token" field. Click [Agree and Use].
Connect Acall Portal with LINE WORKS
Click [Integrations] > [Chat] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Chat services will be displayed, click [CONNECT] for LINE WORKS.
Enter the [① API ID ② Server API Consumer Key ③ Token] that you issued in the previous step "Issue tokens etc. in LINE WORKS". For [④ Account ID], enter your LINE WORKS administrator ID (※).
Click [CONNECT].

※Example of administrator ID: suwa.sky@sakuraworkspacecoltd
Once the integration has completed, the screen below will be displayed.
Activate a Bot in LINE WORKS
Access administrator screen (Admin) in LINE WORKS.
Click [Services] > [Bot] on the side menu, then click [Add Bot] in the upper right corner of the screen.
Check the "Acall" Bot, and click [Add].
Click the added "Acall" Bot in the Bot list screen.
Click [Edit] on the Bot details screen.
Turn on for the public setting and click [Save].
This is the end for enabling the Bot in LINE WORKS.
You can add a Bot to the worker's LINE WORKS.
Add members and Bot to a talk room for notification
Log in LINE WORKS with administrator account.
Click [Create Talk Room] > [Talk Room].
Select the [Organization] tab on the member selection screen and check the members you want to notify.
💡 NOTE
This is the default recipient of the notifications.
You do not need to include all members for Worker (Person in Charge) Calls or Group (Department) Calls as described below.
Select [Bot] tab on the member selection screen, check "Acall" and click [OK].
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the created talk room, rename the talk room to "Acall" under "Edit Name", and then click [Save].
💡 NOTE
If you delete this talk room after starting to use it, the integration with Acall will stop.
We recommend that you change the name to prevent accidental deletion.

Register a room ID of the talk room for notifications on Acall Portal
Obtain a room ID of the created talk room (Name: Acall).
Send "@Acall roomid please" to the ACALL Bot to obtain the room ID.
💡 NOTE
Please refer to [LINE WORKSでAcall BotからルームIDが返ってこない場合の対応手順],
If you are unable to obtain a room ID with the process above.
Click [Integrations] > [Chat] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Click [SET ROOMID] for LINE WORKS.
Enter the room ID obtained in LINE WORKS and click [SAVE].
Once the integration has completed, the screen below will be displayed.
Add an Acall Bot to a member's LINE WORKS talk
⚠︎ ATTENTION
Please work on this process only in each member's LINE WORKS, not the administrator's.
In the "Service Notifications" of the LINE WORKS talk screen, a notification that is saying "[Acall] has been added to the Bot list" will be displayed. Click [Use Bot] in the notification.
Notifications will now be sent to each member from the Acall Bot.
Receive worker (person in charge) calls in the talk room of the person in charge
This section explains how to notify individual workers with an example which an employee in sales headquarters responds to an appointment with a client.
Illustrative Example
LINE WORKS settings
Find worker's account ID in LINE WORKS.
Access administrator screen (Admin) in LINE WORKS with an administrator account.
Click [Members] on the side menu > [Members].
Place a check mark for members that you want to find their account IDs.
Click [Others] > [Download Information] in the upper right corner.
Select a file format.
Place a check mark for "ID" under "Member Information" and click [Download].
Open the downloaded file and find "ID".
Worker settings
After logging in to Acall Portal, click [Organization] > [Workers] on the side menu.
Click the edit icon (pencil mark) of the worker you want to edit for opening the edit screen.
Enter the "LINE WORKS account ID" and click [UPDATE].
💡 NOTE
When you setting up "ID" on Acall, please add a domain in the end.

💡 NOTE
"LINE WORKS IDs" can be registered in a batch by CSV import as well.
Import / Export All
Acall Reception settings
After logging in to Acall Portal, click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu.
Click Edit icon (pencil mark) for the device you want to configure.
Open the edit screen and enter the information as shown below. When your input is complete, click [UPDATE].

Confirm the operation
Tap the button on Acall Reception.
Hold the QR code issued when creating the appointment over to the camera.

💡 NOTE
Please refer to [Send an appointment code to a guest] for information about creating a QR code.
Tap [OK].
The following screen will be displayed on Acall Reception.
Acall Bot will send a notification to the talk room of the person in charge of the appointment.
Select a response message displayed in the notification.
The message to the guest will be displayed on Acall Reception.

Receive group (department) calls in the group talk room
This section explains how to notify group talk room with an example which the General Affairs Department responds to a delivery company.

Both group talk rooms and multi-person talk rooms are available.
LINE WORKS settings
Open a talk room in LINE WORKS.
Click the three dots and click [Invite Bot].
Place a check mark for the "Acall" and click [OK].
Find a room ID.
Group settings
After logging in to Acall Portal, click on [Organization] > [Groups] on the side menu.
Click Edit icon (pencil mark) of the group you want to send notifications for opening the edit screen.
Enter the room ID above and click [UPFATE].
💡 NOTE
"LINE WORKS ROOMID" can also be registered in a batch by CSV import as well.
Import / Export Group Information
Acall Reception settings
After logging in to Acall Portal, click [App settings] > [Acall Reception] on the side menu.
Click Edit icon (pencil mark) on the device you want to edit for opening the edit screen, and enter the information as shown below.
When your input is complete, click [UPFATE].

Confirm the operation
Tap a button on Acall Reception.
The following screen will be displayed on Acall Reception.
A notification will be sent to the talk room that you set as the group.
Select a response displayed in the notification.
A message to the guest will be displayed on Acall Reception.
