This page explains how to register groups in a batch by importing them with a CSV file and export the registered group information with a CSV file.
Importing group information
You can register group information in a batch by importing a CSV file to Acall.
⚠️ ATTENTION
This is an update of all items, not differential update.
If groups registered in Acall are not filled in the CSV file to be imported, the group will be deleted.
Download CSV Template
💡 NOTE
You can edit and import the exported CSV file in [Exporting guest information]also, instead of using a template.
Please use the exported CSV file if you are already using the service, as it is not a differential update, but an update of all items.
Click [Import & Export] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Click [DOWNLOAD] after selecting [groups] on the [CSV Template] section.
Add, update group information in CSV file
Add and update the group information in the downloaded CSV file you want to import and save it.
⚠️ ATTENTION
・Fields marked with an (*) are required.
・We would recommend you to use an exported CSV file instead of a template,
if you have already registered and used a group.
This is because this process is an update of all items, not differential update.
・If you leave any item in a blank, it will be update with the blank.
If you do not want to change the value after importing a CSV file,
enter [*] or the written item content in the CSV file before the update.

Import CSV file
Click [guests] and [IMPORT] your CSV file.
Confirm the pop-up displaying registration information and click [IMPORT].
If there is even one error, the import cannot be done. please modify the CSV file and import it again
When the message "Success, Imported group" is displayed, the import has been completed successfully.
💡 NOTE
If you want to set up a hierarchy for groups in a CSV file import, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Leave the parent group ID empty and import all groups
Step 2. Export the group CSV and can find the numbered group IDs.
Step 3. Edit the Group CSV in step 2 to add the parent group ID.
Step 4. Import the edited group CSV to set the parent group.
Export guest information
Group Information registered in Acall Portal can be exported as a CSV file.
💡 NOTE
・The items in the exported CSV file are the same as those in the CSV file using for importing.
・The character encoding of the exported CSV file is UTF-8.
・The exported CSV file can be edited and used for import.
Click [Import & Export] on Acall Portal side menu and open the [EXPORT] tab.
Click [groups] and [EXPORT].
When the message "Success, Exported" is displayed, the export has been completed successfully.
