This page explains how to register guests in a batch by importing a CSV file and export the registered guests' information with a CSV file.
Import guest information
You can register guests in a batch by importing a CSV file.
- Can register new guests and update registered guests in the Guest book.
- Can register new company information, but company information registered in the Guest book cannot be updated.
- Can update the difference only, not the entire Guest book. Guests who are registered in the Guest book will not be updated or deleted until you write about them in the CSV file.
Export guest information
Download CSV template
NOTE
・You can also edit the exported CSV file and import it.
Please refer to 「Exporting guest information」.
Click [Import & Export] on the side menu of Acall Portal.
Select [guests] and click [DOWNLOAD] on the [CSV Template] section.
Add and Edit Guests in the CSV File for Importing
In the downloaded CSV file, add or edit about the guest information that you want to import and save it.
ATTENTION
・Fields marked with an (*) are required.
・Update of registered company and guest information is available by filling in the Guest Company ID and Guest ID.
・If the Guest Company ID and Guest ID are empty, will process as new registration.

Import a CSV file
Select [guests], upload the CSV file that you want to import , and click [IMPORT].
Confirm the pop-up display about updating information and click [IMPORT].
If there is even one error, please modify the CSV file and import with the file again.
When the message "Success, Imported guest..." is displayed, the import has been completed successfully.
Export guest information
Company Information and guests information registered in the Guest book can be exported as a CSV file.
- The items in the exported CSV file are the same as those in the CSV file using for importing.
- The character encoding of the exported CSV file is UTF-8.
- The exported CSV file can be edited and used for import.
Export guests
Click [Import & Export] on the side menu of Acall Portal and click [EXPORT] tab.
Click [guests] and [EXPORT].
When the message "Success, Exported" is displayed, the export has been completed successfully.
