Acall supports user and group provisioning for Okta.
This page describes how to set up to use group provisioning.
⚠️
When using group provisioning, please be sure to set up the "Provisioning Settings" and the users have been reflected in Acall, and then start the settings on this article.
Delete existing groups on Acall
It is not possible to sync existing groups on Acall with groups in Okta.
If you have already manually created groups on Acall that you want to sync through provisioning, please delete the existing Acall groups before provisioning the group to avoid double registration.

Set up Group Provisioning
Push Groups
Open the app you created for Acall provisioning and click on the [Push Groups] tab.
From [Push Groups] pulldown, click [Find groups by name] or [Find groups by rule].
Select the group you want to reflect in Acall and then select [Create Group] in "Match result & push action" section. Click [Save].
Below is an example, click [Find groups by name] and enter "Sales Team A", then select "Sales Team A" from the list of suggestions.
Group provisioning setup is complete.
Acall へ反映されると、グループの「Push Status」が [ Pushing ] から [ Active ] になります。
When reflected in Acall, the group's "Push Status" will change from [Pushing] to [Active].
After this, any changes on the Okta side are automatically provisioned and reflected in Acall.
💡 Note
Changes made in Okta while the group pushed group is deactivated will not be reflected in Acall.
