You can download QR code as an image file (.png).

You can download the appointment code (QR Code) and attach it to another email software or print it out to share with visitors.

If you do not want to send an email from Acall Portal or the calendar add-in, please use this function.

Create appointment

Create an appointment referring General User Guide (Reception Check-in).

Download appointment code

On My Page or Guest Check-In screen, click the edit button for the appointment you created.

Click the QR Code icon in the "STATUS" tab.

Click [DOWNLOAD].

💡Note
Numeric codes cannot be downloaded as an image. Please write down the code in the e-mail.
