If iPad is in situation below, FaceTime app will not launch and not be able to call even if you tap [Call] in Acall Reception.
・You signed out from FaceTime.
・FaceTime is turned off.
(1. Start FaceTime call on Acall Reception.)
(2. FaceTime does not launch and returns to the menu screen)
Please find the steps below to check your iPad settings.
Check if you signed out from FaceTime
When you launch FaceTime application on iPad and the following screen is displayed, it means you signed out from FaceTime.
Please sign in and check your FaceTime call in Acall Reception.
Check if FaceTime is turned off
Open [Settings] > [FaceTime] on iPad. FaceTime will not launch if FaceTime setting is OFF as shown in the screen below.
Please change the FaceTime setting to ON and check FaceTime call in Acall Reception.
