If you see "x" under calendar icon in the worker list, Outlook / Google Calendar linking is not completed.

Please check the possible causes and solutions below.
※ Microsoft365 accounts / Google Workspace accounts are referred to as "external calendar accounts".
No | Causes | Solutions |
① | Right after registering or updating worker's external calendar account |
Refresh the screen and check if "x" is disappeared |

Worker's external calendar account information has a typo / has a blank space at the end |
Please check your Microsoft365 account / Google Workspace account information in the worker edit screen and correct it |

External calendar accounts are not recognized correctly on the Acall side. |
Re-registering your account information may resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below to update worker information -------------------------------------------------------- Step 1: On the worker edit screen, leave the Microsoft365 account / Google Workspace account information blank and click Update. Step 2: Enter worker's Microsoft365 account / Google Workspace account information and click Update. |

User's account or mailbox is not enabled in the settings on the external calendar account side. |
Make sure your account and email are enabled in the Microsoft365 / Google Workspace side |
