When I edit a repeat reservation, I get an error message "Could not update" and cannot save.

If you edit a repeat reservation and all of the following conditions apply, an error will occur and you will not be able to save the reservation.

• You have edited one of the repeat reservations and updated it with "only this appointment" (this is called "exception date")
• The reservation to be edited is the first one of the original repeat reservation.
  * If the original reservation is the exception date, the second reservation will be treated as the first one.
• You are trying to change the start or end date/time.

If this is the case and you were unable to save due to an error, please follow the steps below.

1. Update reservation which is after the second reservation with "Following".
2. Update the first reservation with "Only".

　 *In this case, the repeat reservation will be created with the exception date remaining, so if you do not need the exception date, delete it individually.
