You can set up a reception desk with multiple companies and manage each meeting room on Acall if there are multiple companies on a single floor or in the same building. You can open the device edit screen of reception on the multi-tenant settings screen. Please refer to Multi-tenant function for more details.
ATTENTION
the multi-tenant setting is available only for multi-tenant administrators.
You will need to contact us in advance about the name of the worker who will be managing the multi-tenant.
Customize layout
Set the reception screen for the multi-tenant use. You can change the multi-tenant devices to be displayed, the display order, and the screen layout. You can drag and drop companies in "Connected device" into the layout to add them as the multi-tenant devices. You can increase the number of pages in the reception screen that can be swiped through by adding "Pages".
ATTENTION
・For making tenant devices available, you need to check the [use in multitenant] in the device settings of each tenant.
If you select [Flexible] in Layout section, you can change the size of each tenant button in your way.
ATTENTION
IE and Edge are not supported.
Customize banners
You can choose to use the banner menu in the reception screen. If you choose to use, you can work on the entry procedure (with a QR code/numeric code) and the exit procedure (with an admission card) on the reception screen.
Other settings
You can set a logo image, use of screensaver, colors, printer URL, and device message to be displayed on the reception screen. If you want to use the admission card or admission sheet printing, you will need to enter the URL of the printer here.
In order to use a printer, it is necessary to select ON/OFF for the admission card or admission sheet, and have set selection of the admission card or admission sheet on the device edit screen of each tenant.
