If you edit a repeat reservation and all of the following conditions apply, an error will occur and you will not be able to save the reservation.
- You have edited one of the repeat reservations and updated it with "only this appointment" (this is called "exception date")
- The reservation to be edited is the first one of the original repeat reservation.
* If the original reservation is the exception date, the second reservation will be treated as the first one.
- You are trying to change the start or end date/time.
If this is the case and you were unable to save due to an error, please follow the steps below.
- Update reservation which is after the second reservation with "Following".
- Update the first reservation with "Only".
*In this case, the repeat reservation will be created with the exception date remaining, so if you do not need the exception date, delete it individually.
