Acall Mobile
Reservation screen
Spots that meet the following conditions will be displayed on the reservation screen.
- "QR code" is selected as the check-in method
- Immediate use setting is OFF
- Spots that you have reservation permission. Or spots that you have reservation permission exist in the lower hierarchy.
💡 NOTE
Spots that you have only read-only permission will not be displayed on the reservation screen.
List of spot reservation
If you have use/edit permission for the spot, "Available till hh:mm" will be displayed and you can reserve the spot.
Also, edit button will be displayed on editable reservations.
Check-in
If you have check-in (use) permission for the spot, you can check-in by scanning the spot's QR code.
If you do not have permission and scan the QR code to check in, it will result in an error and you will not be able to start using the spot.
When you do not have permission in the parent hierarchy but you have permission for the spot itself, you can still check in.
💡 NOTE
In the example below, worker can not use the spot "Administration Department", but can check in to the spot "A5".
Example)
Kobe Office (floor use)
└ 3F
└ Administration Department ← No permission to use this spot
└ A5 ←Have permission to use this spot
