This page describes the differences in display in Acall Portal, Acall Mobile, and other applications when you set spot permissions in Acall.
Differences in display by spot permission
In the spot permission settings, you can set the following settings for companies, groups, and workers.
- Available/Not available for viewing a spot
- Available/Not available for reserving a spot
- Available/Not available for editing/deleting spot reservations
- Available/Not available for checking in and using a spot

Please set "viewing," "reserving," and "using" permission settings for each spot.
Workers can see and operate differently on each screen depending on their permissions.
The following describes the differences in display and operation of each screen depending on spot permission for viewing and using.

💡 NOTE
Each reservation permission has priority over the permission that is currently set for the spot, not the settings at the time when you reserved the spot.
For example, even if you have had the using permission for the spot at the time of reservation, you do not now have the using permission to view the spot at the time of use and you will not be able to check-in to the reserved spot
