This page explains how users who have enabled the Outlook Calendar integration (i.e., users linked with a Microsoft account) can generate a Microsoft Teams meeting URL directly from the Acall reservation screen. The generated meeting will also be automatically reflected in their connected Outlook Calendar.
Create a Teams meeting link
Acall Portal
Log in to the Acall Portal and select "Teams Meeting" on the workspace reservation screen.
Once the reservation is made, the Teams meeting link will automatically appear in the notes section.
When you click on a reservation from the [Reservation] > [Workspace] timeline, a “Join Teams Meeting” button will appear in both the popup and the “Status” tab of the detail screen.
By clicking the button, you can join the Teams meeting; the URL can also be copied using the copy icon.
Acall Mobile
In the Acall Mobile app, navigate to the workspace reservation screen and choose “Teams Meeting”.
Once the reservation is made, the Teams meeting icon will be displayed on the reservation card in your My Page.
When you tap the icon, you can choose either “Join Meeting” or “Copy URL”.
