If you see the error message "Invalid Request" on your device, you are accessing from a network that is not authorized by Acall.
Please check the following instructions.
For those who see the error message
Please provide the following information to the administrator.
① "Invalid Request" error message
② Your Global IP address

How to find your global IP address
・Access this URL from the device where you see the error, your global IP address will be displayed.
・Copy all the text displayed on the screen.
For administrator
If you are an administrator, please check the global IP address of the device where the error is occurring.
💡 NOTE
The rightmost 10.XX.XX.XX IP address displayed in the IP address confirmation URL is for the Acall server. Please check other IP addresses.
If the IP address is not authorized with Acall, please inform the user to access from a network that is authorized.
If you would like to add as an authorized IP address for Acall, please contact us here.
For security purposes, we will contact you for identity verification.
We will respond within 3 business days, excluding weekends, national holidays, and our company holidays.
💡 NOTE
Customers who receive this error message have set restrictions to authorize access only from specific IP addresses and networks for more security.
