The downloaded data can be used to analyze the usage of the conference room to improve the efficiency of conference room use.

Manage workspaces with Acall Meeting

The Acall Meeting app helps with workspace management by reducing unnecessary reservations and meeting facilitation support.

You will need to install the iPad in the conference room and set up the Acall Meeting app.

Reserve a workspace from Acall Mobile

Using the Acall Mobile app, you can reserve a meeting room immediately from your smartphone when you have an internal meeting or a visitor scheduled. You can also check and book the currently available meeting rooms to use the meeting rooms efficiently.

Users will need to install the Acall Mobile app on their smartphones.
