This page describes the settings for using Meeting Room Check-in function and Acall Meeting application.
💡 Note
You must have a contract to use Meeting Room Check-in function (including Acall Meeting).

How to use Meeting Room Check-in function
When Meeting Room Check-in/Acall Meeting is enabled, [ App Settings ] > Acall Meeting appears in the Acall Portal side menu.
In addition, [ Reservations ] > [ Workspace ] will be added to the side menu, allowing users to check the reservation status of workspaces.
In the Meeting Room Check-in function, meeting rooms or equipment are called "Workspace".

How to use Acall Meeting
By installing and using Acall Meeting after the above settings, you can manage and record room access and use the meeting facilitation function.
You can select from "Outside Mode" suitable for use outside the meeting room and "Inside Mode" suitable for use inside the meeting room.

Use the Meeting Room Check-in features further
In addition, you can reserve meeting rooms from your smartphone, integrate with Outlook/Google Calendar, and use Acall's Meeting Room Check-in features according to your preferred services and work style.
