You can customize an admission card and admission sheet to meet your clients' requirements on Acall Reception. The following are the steps how to customize an admission card.

Open edit screen of an admission card

Click [Settings] > [Admission Card / Sheet] on the side menu of Acall Portal, select admission card that you want to customize, and click [Edit] icon (pencil mark) for opening the edit screen.

Change the orientation from landscape to portrait

Change the orientation from landscape to portrait, and click [SAVE].
