This page explains how to register workspace reservations (internal meetings and external meetings) in a batch with a CSV file.
Import appointment information
You can import a CSV file to register workspace reservations (internal meetings and visitor meetings) in a batch.
- You can not edit and delete reservation data registered in Acall.
- The registered guest information and the guest's company information will be registered in the guest book with the public setting "All".
- (For users using workspace connected with Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar)
- Reservation data registered in a batch Import will be synchronized to the connected Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar.
※ATTENTION
Please note that it takes time to process the connection with Google Calendar/Outlook Calendar,
there may be a delay for being reflected date in your calendar.
(Processing time: approximately 5 seconds per 1 reservation)
Import appointments
Download a CSV template
Open [Import & Export] in the side menu on Acall Portal.
Select [appointments] and click [DOWNLOAD] under "CSV Template".
Enter appointment information on CSV file
Enter following information in the downloaded CSV file and save it.
ATTENTION
・Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
・For external meetings, the email template is required.
・Please delete the sample data after the second line entered and the line marked [Required] in the template.
・You can increase the number of visitors to a maximum of 20 by adding more columns.
If there are more than 3 visitors, please add more columns.
Example of column names: Guest03_Email Address, Guest03_Last name, ...
・If the guest and the guest's company information are not registered in the guestbook, they will be registered in the guestbook.

Import a CSV file
Click [appointments] and select a CSV file and click [IMPORT].
Click [IMPORT] after confirming a pop-up display about registered information.
If there is even one error, the import cannot be processed. Please modify the CSV file and try to import again.
The import is complete when you see the message, "Success Imported appoint...".
