Bad connection or system failure may cause application unusable. By Acall Reception monitoring system, you will receive emergency notification email then you can immediately restart the application. The following is an introduction about the device monitoring system.
- This monitoring system is only available for devices connected to Acall Reception.
Who will receive monitoring notifications?
Users who have "Administrator" or "Tenant admin" permission receive monitoring notifications.
・Register / Edit / Delete Workers
Receive monitoring notifications
Open Acall Reception app
Open Acall Reception app on iPad.
If you are an administrator, you will receive a confirmation email for the device connection as follows.
・This email will be sent every time you open the app.
・iPad must be connected to the server.
Close Acall Reception and confirm receipt of emergency email
Next, close Acall Reception app and make sure that the administrator receives emergency email (you will receive the email within approximately 7 minutes).
If you are using Acall Mobile, you will also receive a notification on your mobile.
