This page explains how to export workspace log and the specifications of the log file.
You can download past and future appointment data of meeting rooms/equipment as a CSV file in a batch.
Downloaded data can be used for analyzing meeting room utilization.
Workspace log
Workspace appointment data can be exported as a CSV file by specifying a time period.
- Maximum period is 3 months.
- Character encoding of the exported CSV file is UTF-8.
Export workspace log
Open [Import & Export] in the side menu on WorkstyleOS Portal and click [EXPORT] tab.
Select [workspace], specify a period, and click [EXPORT].
Once export is completed, "Success Exported" message will be displayed.

User group (Hierarchy 1) |
Main group of the main person in charge of the appointment ※If the person belongs to more than one group, the group of the name displayed on [Workers] screen under [Organization] is the main group. ※The main group and its higher hierarchy groups will be in exported log. Lower hierarchy groups of the main group will not. |

NOTE
・If there are more than 6 hierarchies, it will be lined up horizontally.
(Example: Hierarchy 6, Hierarchy 7, Hierarchy 8, Hierarchy 9)
・"User group" is the user's current group. It will not be the user's group used in past appointments.
(Example: if you are assigned from the "Sales group" to the "Marketing group",
"User group" will be "Marketing group" which you currently belong.
・"Meeting room name" is the current meeting room name.
