This page explains how to export workspace log and the specifications of the log file.
⚠️ Note: Customers using port restrictions by FQDN
FQDN must be added to use the workspace reservation history data export function.
If you are using FQDN or IP address restrictions for security management purposes, please add the following FQDN to use this function.
publicapi-prod-export-workspace-reservations.s3.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com:443
Please refer to "Acall Portal Operational Requirements (FQDN)" for port and FQDN restrictions.
You can download past and future appointment data of meeting rooms/equipment as a CSV file in a batch.
Downloaded data can be used for analyzing meeting room utilization.
Workspace log
Workspace appointment data can be exported as a CSV file by specifying a time period.
- Maximum period is 3 months.
- Character encoding of the exported CSV file is UTF-8.
- You can export by specifying future or past dates.

User group (Hierarchy 1) |

Lower hierarchy groups of the main group will not. |

NOTE
・If there are more than 6 hierarchies, it will be lined up horizontally.
(Example: Hierarchy 6, Hierarchy 7, Hierarchy 8, Hierarchy 9)
・"User group" is the user's current group. It will not be the user's group used in past appointments.
(Example: if you are assigned from the "Sales group" to the "Marketing group",
"User group" will be "Marketing group" which you currently belong.
・"Meeting room name" is the current meeting room name.
Export workspace log
Open [Import & Export] in the side menu on Acall Portal and click [EXPORT] tab.
Select [workspace] in"Asynchronous export", specify a period, and click [EXPORT].
Once export is completed, "Success Exported" message will be displayed.
It may take some time for the export to complete.
Please wait until you receive an email notification of completion.
Check the results of exporting workspace log
Receive the results of your export request by email
When the export process is complete, an export completion notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the person in charge of the export operation.
Click on the URL in the email to display the Export Details screen.
Click download icon to download the CSV file.
Check the export history of workspace log
Check the list of export history
You can check the status of the export process or review the past export history in Export History screen.
Open [Import & Export] in the side menu on Acall Portal and click [EXPORT] tab, and click [View your export history here]
You can see the history of all exports that are in progress or have been completed in the Export History.
You can also filter the export history by status, date, and time to see the information you need.
