This page describes the recommended settings for Android tablets used with Acall applications.

⚠️ Note
- This is the settings for Galaxy Tab A9+, which is the recommended device. For other devices, please refer to the instruction manual of each manufacturer.
- This is based on the OS that supports Acall applications. Please check the "List of supported OS/versions of applications" for the OS support status.

Hide navigation bar

We recommend changing the navigation setting from "Button" to "Swipe gestures" in order to use Acall Meeting in full screen mode.

Tap [Settings] > [Display] > [Navigation bar].

Change the navigation type to [Swipe gestures].

Turn on auto app updates

Acall Applications guarantees the operation of only the latest version of the app.

If you are using multiple Android tablets, we recommend you turn on auto application updates.

However, there is a possibility of shut down or failure due to unintended application updates, so please consider either turning on or off auto updates and manually updating to the latest version.

Tap [Play Store] > account icon on the top right corner and tap [Settings] in the pop-up screen.

Tap [Settings] > [App download preference].

Select "Over Wi-Fi only" and tap OK.

Tap [Settings] > [Auto-update apps].

Select "Over any network" and tap OK.

Turn off auto updates for Android OS

The supported OS for Acall Applications are listed in the "List of supported OS/versions of applications".

We do not  recommend auto update for Android OS, and recommend you update manually after confirming the supported OS.

Open [Settings] > [Software update] and disable "Auto download over Wi-Fi".
