Appointments shown on My Page are not displayed on Reservation > Workspace

It is possible that Acall's workspace permission settings have restricted the available groups.

In this case, appointments created from Outlook/Google Calendar by people outside the group will not appear in the Acall Portal > Reservation > Workspace.
