This page describes how to install Acall Office add-in on Outlook.
Customers selected "Create reservation on Outlook calendar" as meeting reservation method needs to install Acall Office ad-in.
By installing add-in, you can sync your appointments on Outlook with Acall and send appointment codes.
To use Acall Office add-ins, the following conditions must be met.
・Select "Create reservation on Outlook calendar" as meeting reservation method
・Select Meeting Room Reservation Method
・Acall and Outlook Calendar linking setting is complete.
・Link Acall and Outlook Calendar
・Connect Workers with Outlook Calendar
・Import Meeting Rooms and Equipment from Outlook
Individual users can install Acall Office add-in by themselves or administrators can install for all users or for specific users at once.

Install Acall Office ad-in on Outlook
・This page explains how to install on the browser version of Outlook, but you can also install the desktop application version in the same way.
Open Outlook and click [Get Add-ins] on the menu.
Type "acall"in the Search Add-ins field and click on [Acall Add-in].
Make sure it turned "Added".
After installation is complete, "Acall Add-in" will appear in the list of my add-ins.
"Acall" add-in will appear in the menu of the appointment creation screen.
If you are using the desktop version of the Outlook application, please set the format to "HTML".
If you select "Text," e-mail with an appointment code will not be sent.
・When I click [REGISTER APPOINTMENT] in desktop Outlook application, it is not reflected and email with an appointment code is not sent.
Installing Acall Office ad-in is complete.
