We do not support the use of RPA tools that other companies provide in Acall and Acall applications.
Acall and Acall applications are frequently updated with new screens and functions based on customer feedback.
Therefore, it is inevitable that the operation of RPA tools will be affected.
We do not guarantee the operation of RPA tools in order to provide new functions to customers as quickly as possible.
When you use RPA tools, please use them with understanding that changes in our specifications may cause some maintenance work for your RPA tool operation.
Releases with major changes in screens or functions will be announced in advance.

Policy on Automation
We will sequentially enhance the integration functions with external services and expand the APIs for allowing users to automate their process rather than PRA tools.
