Acall will terminate the provision of all or part of the services of our system in any of the following cases.
- When we notify our customers at least 60 days prior to the date of discontinuation.
- When we are unable to continue providing our system due to unavoidable reason such as fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
- In any other cases when we deem it difficult to continue providing our system despite our reasonable efforts.
In addition, we may terminate Acall Agreement, in whole or in part, as of the termination date.
Please refer to the contract for details regarding cancellation upon termination of service.
