Workspaces have [Available concurrently] setting.
Multiple workers can create reservations for a single workspace at the same time with overlapping times by turning ON [Available concurrently].
This can be used to share your schedule and work location with other members by allowing workers to reserve a space that is available concurrently, such as a break area.
However, the operability and specifications of workspaces where the setting of [Available concurrently] is ON is different from those of workspaces where the setting is OFF.
Please refer to the following.
Reserve a workspace where concurrent use is available
You can create reservations on [+ADD NEW] only in the upper right corner of screen on Acall Portal.
