This page explains about analyze screen on Acall Portal.

What you can do on the analyze screen

On the analyze screen, you can find the meeting room utilization and the number of visitors for the past week on a graph.

This is useful if you want to know "What is the usage time for the meeting room in the past week?", "How many visitors came to the reception without an appointment?, etc.

Display the analyze screen

Click [Analyze] on the side menu after logging in Acall Portal.

Room Utilization

The graph shows Usage time for the meeting room in the past week and reservations automatically canceled on Acall Meeting  in "Room Utilization" area.

Color-coded according to whether they had an appointment or not, or the reservation was automatically cancelled.

On the right side, the total time spent in the meeting room in the past week and the total time of automatic cancellation time are displayed.

NOTE
・Time for equipment usage is included.
・Time for spot usage is not included.

Visitors

The number of visitors in the past week is displayed in a graph.
The graph is color-coded according to scheduled appointments or unscheduled appointments.

On the right side, the total number of visitors in the past week is displayed.

NOTE
・Only the number of external appointments is displayed.
　　※Visitor count does not include the number of internal meetings.
・The total number displayed for each date shows the number of actual usage in the day only.
