You can customize the input fields for guest information that can be edited in Acall. By default, there are three fields (drink, hobby, and birthplace), but you can create new fields to manage your guests in a way that suits your company. The following are the steps how to create a new field.
Set custom fields
Click [Settings] > [Custom Fields] in the side menu, and click [Create Custom Field] on the three-dot reader() next to the search window in for Guests.
Enter custom field information
The create new field screen will be displayed.
Select the data type of the field from the drop-down menu. You can choose from the following five data types.
- Text Field (Single-line)
- Text Field (Multi-line)
- Yes or No (Checkbox)
- Selection (Multiple-Choice)
- Selection (Single-Choice)
After selecting the data type, please register the [Label].
Label will be displayed as a name of the custom field items.
When the registration is complete, click [CREATE] and to complete.
Confirm that the field has been added
Finally, make sure that the field has been added for Guests.
After the setting, the newly created field can be used on the guest edit screen.
