This page explains how to set up groups in Acall.
This page explains how to register and edit groups one by one.
You can also register and edit groups in batch using a CSV file.
Please refer to "Import / Export Group Information".
What is a "Group"?
You can register organizations, departments, and teams to which each worker belongs as "group" in Acall.
Groups can be set up in a hierarchy according to your organizational structure.
Administrators can add, edit, and delete groups on Acall Portal.
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] on the side menu of Acall Portal to display a list of registered groups.
|Change the display order and hierarchy of groups.
|Expand the group hierarchy to view all groups.
|Click on the three-dots and [Create Group] to open the Create Group screen.
|Click to expand (⇔ fold) to see the groups in the lower hierarchy.
|The registered group name is displayed.
|The name of the person in charge of the group is displayed.
|The services that have set up for notifications and calls are displayed, such as chat, extension, and FaceTime.
Non-display on device
|Groups that is not displayed on Acall Reception.
|Groups that cannot be called on Acall Reception.
|Group image displayed on Acall Reception.
|You can edit the group information.
Group Creation Screen
Groups can be created by clicking on the three-dots in the upper right corner of the screen on Acall Portal and then [CREATE].
Fields marked with (＊) are required.
The ID identifying groups
a ID is issued automatically and cannot be edited.

The person in charge of the group will receive direct notification when the group is called on Acall Reception.
Parent group in the hierarchy
Setting a parent group allows you to set up a hierarchy.
Apple ID for a call to groups via FaceTime on Acall Reception

Display / Non-Display of Groups on Acall Reception
Please set as non-display when certain groups do not accept direct visitors and ゙project groups with high confidentiality.

When calling a group, the Administrative Department will be displayed.
Group Image on Acall Reception
Recommended image size: 144px × 144px or larger
Click [Create Group] from the three dots in the upper right corner of the Groups screen.
Fill in group information on the new creation page, and then click [Create].
Please refer to "Group Create Screen" for an explanation of the items.
・Fields marked with (*) are required.
・When setting up a person in charge in a group, the worker must belong to the group.
The new group will appear on the list of Groups.
Click on [Organizations] > [Groups] to open the list of groups on Acall Portal side menu.
Click the Edit icon of the group you wish to edit to open the group edit screen
After filling in the items you wish to change, click [Update].
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] on Acall Portal side menu to open the list of groups.
Click the [Edit] icon of the group you wish to delete to open the group edit screen.
Change Group Hierarchy
As an example, shows how to move the "General Affairs" group under the "Administration" group.
Click on [Organization] > [Groups] and click Edit (pencil mark) of the "Administration" group on the side menu of Acall Portal to open the edit screen.
Click [Parent Group] to display the list of groups.
Click on the group set as the parent group, and you can see the selected group on the right.
Click [Update] for the hierarchy changes.
You can also refer to "Sort and Move Groups" below to change the hierarchy.
Sort and Move Groups
Click [Organization] > [Groups] on the side menu of Acall Portal to open the lists of groups.
At first, Click [GROUP SORT / MOVE].
You can move the group by dragging the group.
To change the hierarchy, drag and drop the group to the lower right corner of the parent group.
When you have completed the change, please click [SAVE].
