Visitors can narrow down the search for the contact person (worker) on Acall Reception when they check in. The search key is automatically generated based on the [display name], the [family/given name ruby], and the [family name]. You can also add your own search keys as well.
Automatic generation rules of a search key
If a worker's [display name], [family/given name ruby], [family name] contains [hiragana or katakana (Japanese alphabet)] or [Alphabet], a search key will be automatically generated. The auto-generated search key cannot be deleted.
The order of priority for automatic generation is [display name] > [furigana (phonetic characters)] > [family name].
For example, if [display name] is entered, the search key is automatically generated based on the[display name] only. It will not be generated automatically based on [furigana (phonetic characters)] or [family name].
Auto-generate a search key
Click [Organization] > [Workers] on the side menu on Acall Portal.
Click [edit] (pencil mark) of the worker to open the edit screen.
Fill in the [phonetic family name] and [phonetic given name]of the worker, and click [UPDATE].
When you open the edit screen again, you find that the search key is automatically generated.
[phonetic family name] and [phonetic given name] can also be registered in batch with a CSV file import.
Add a search key
In addition to the autogenerated search key, you can also add your own search key (half-width lower case characters).
A Search keys can also be registered in batch with a CSV file import.
